Blue Leaves Reaching #5, 9" x 6", 2006

I was inspired by the sign at a whimsical little shop in Wiscasset, Maine. The shapes and lines stuck in my head until I fused up a quilt. This is one of a series exploring the concept of growth and letting go of “the blues.” You can see more of the series and read about how it was created here.
